Customer Engineer im Bereich Leistungselektronik (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du wirkst maßgeblich bei der Integration unserer Produkte in die Infrastruktur unserer Kund:innen mit und unterstützt diese bei der Realisierung von neuen Tools
- Du koordinierst Serviceanfragen und bearbeitest Serviceaufgaben vom Standort Magdeburg-Barleben und bei Kund:innen vor Ort
- Du blickst aus Sicht unserer Kunden:innen auf unsere Produkte und sorgst dafür, dass sie für den Betrieb einsatzbereit sind
- Du optimierst und testest unsere Wechselrichter zur Erprobung neuer Applikationen und Funktionen
- Du bist verantwortlich für Entwicklungstests und die Inbetriebnahme unserer Produkte

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder ähnliches mit guten bis sehr guten Leistungen
- Du bist davon begeistert, bei Bedarf auch Dienstreisen zu unternehmen und unsere Kund:innen vor Ort zu unterstützen
- Du bringst idealerweise Fachwissen in den Bereichen Leistungselektronik oder Automatisierungstechnik mit
- Du besitzt eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und kannst Herausforderungen selbstständig meistern
- Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du arbeitest systematisch und zielorientiert
